About Tépalo
Founded in 2022 by Bryan Parrish, Tépalo Migrant and Community Health Support brings over 15 years of development experience and education to those organizations that need a little extra help. From building youth programs in indigenous communities to developing community health worker models and virtual trainings, Tépalo connects, listens, provides a range of services to give your projects the boost they deserve.

About Bryan
Bryan has studied and worked in development and implementation services for over 15 years. He holds a BS in Psychology from Penn State University (We Are!....), and an MA in Development from American University (Go Eagles!). He is a certified Spanish/English translator/interpreter who splits time providing support to his valued clients and serving as a United Nations Online Volunteer. When not working, you can find him outdoors, spending time with family, and looking for the next trail to hike.
Why Tépalo?
After working with government agencies, health centers, outreach programs, universities, and nonprofit associations, we have learned one important fact:

Service-driven organizations need more support!

When our communities are experiencing great need, charitable services are frequently their only life line. However, when that life line is stressed by staff capacity, grant cycles, reports, and the daily calls of our direct clients, management can be difficult!

Tépalo's dream and purpose is to provide another option to help alleviate the pressure. Whether holding up your unique projects in a time of transition, striving to develop your program, or giving your projects a creative boost, Tépalo is here to help!
